How to get your reward
When you're ready to redeem a reward, simply refer to the appropriate option below to find out how to make your request.
Please ensure that we have your correct address details on our records as this is where your reward or reward voucher will be sent.
Request a product reward
Ordering your rewards is easy:
- Request your reward online simply by signing in, selecting a product from the extensive range, clicking the 'Get it' button and following the instructions from there.
- Request your reward through a text capable phone.
- If you need assistance or more information, call the Fly Buys Service Centre on 0800 FLY BUYS (0800 359 2897).
Your reward will be delivered within 10 working days as a voucher or a couriered item, or collected by presenting your Fly Buys card in-store for selected rewards.
Request an air travel reward
Visit flybuysflights.co.nz to book online, or call 0800 FLY BUYS (0800 359 2897), and follow the voice prompts to reach a customer service representative. Subject to availability of the flight requested, and any other constraints on the airline, your customer service representative will be able to confirm your booking during your call.
Once your flight bookings have been confirmed, an e-ticket confirmation will be sent to the account owner within 5 working days.
Flight bookings for international travel need to be confirmed at least 14 days prior to the date of travel.
Request an accommodation reward
To request your accommodation reward, please call 0800 FLY BUYS (0800 359 2897) and select 'accommodation bookings' on the voice prompt menu.
You will then be asked to select one of four accommodation suppliers:
- Choice Hotels
- Heritage Hotels and CityLife Hotels
- Accor Hotels
- SKYCITY Hotel Auckland.
You will be connected to the Central Reservations Office of your selected accommodation provider.
Their customer service representatives will be able to provide more detailed information about the accommodation rewards they offer and subject to room avaliability, be able to confirm a booking on the spot by issuing you with a confirmed booking reference.
Additionally, Fly Buys will send to the account owner a reward letter confirming that an appropriate amount of points have been deducted for the reward from your account. You are not required to pass this letter to the reward property at the time of your stay.
Any upgrade or additional child/adult charges are to be paid directly to the reward property.
When making your accommodation booking with the accommodation provider, you may be asked for your credit card details. This is to give the individual properties some payment assurance in case of any additional charges such as mini-bar etc that you may incur.
Bookings can also be made by ringing the Choice Hotels (0800 803 524) or Heritage Hotels & CityLife Hotels (0800 368 888) reservation offices direct.
All accommodation bookings need to be confirmed at least 14 days prior to the first night of the reward stay. Any reward bookings accepted within the 14 day period will be at the discretion of the accommodation reward supplier.
