The Fly Buys Hot Deal promotion runs from 7 February to 1 May 2017 (the “promotion period”). During the promotion period, discounts, gifts with purchase, points back and/or competitions will be offered on selected rewards with the Hot Deal icon on this website. Some Hot Deal offers will run the entire promotion period and others for a shorter time. All offers, rewards, bonus gifts and prizes are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or substituted at any time. We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions from time to time. Such revisions will be effective immediately upon publication on this website. 
 
Hot Deal Discounts:
Hot Deal Discounts are available on selected rewards on this website during the promotion period for such times specified on this website, or for such time until the Hot Deal Discount icon is removed for the selected reward. The advertised discount or percentage off is based on the lowest price for the reward on this website in the previous 28 day period before the start of the Hot Deal Discount for that reward. For new rewards, the discount is offered for a limited introductory period. Rewards terms and conditions and refund policy apply. All rewards are subject to availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors on this website.  
 
Hot Deal Gift with Purchase: 
The Hot Deal Gift with Purchase is available for the duration of the promotion period, unless otherwise stated for the relevant Hot Deal reward on this website. Each time you redeem a Hot Deal reward that has an advertised Hot Deal - Free Gift icon, you'll be sent the free gift that is advertised with your Hot Deal rewards purchase. We reserve the right to substitute the free gift with an alternative free gift of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so. 
 
Hot Deal Liquorland Points Back rewards are only available from:
7/2 - 5/3/17 - Choose any Spirit Reward and get 20pts back
6/3 - 2/4/17 - Choose any Wine Reward and get 15pts back
3/4 - 30/4/17 - Choose any Beer Reward and get 10pts back
The points back will be loaded onto your Fly Buys account within 10 days of your redemption.
 
Hot Deal Competitions
Each time you redeem a Hot Deal reward during the promotion period that has an advertised Hot Deal - WIN icon you'll get one entry in the draw to WIN the prize that is advertised with a purchase of the Hot Deal reward. The promoter of the competition is Loyalty New Zealand Limited (“Fly Buys”). The Hot Deal Competition entry closing and opening dates are 7/2/17 to 1/5/17, unless otherwise stated for the relevant Hot Deal Competition. The prize winner(s) will be drawn at random by 15 May 2017. To be eligible to win your Fly Buys account details must be complete (including a phone number) and up to date. Staff of Fly Buys are ineligible to win. If for any reason, having made reasonable efforts to contact the eligible winner(s), Fly Buys fails to make contact with the winner(s) within 1 week of the prize draw, we may, at our discretion: (a) deem that winner to have forfeited their right to the prize; and (b) redraw another eligible winner in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Fly Buys “Mother’s Day” Promotion - Terms and Conditions

1. The Fly Buys “Mother’s Day” promotion (Promotion) is run by Loyalty New Zealand Limited (Loyalty) and is governed by these terms and conditions and the Fly Buys Membership Terms and Conditions at flybuys.co.nz (together, the Terms and Conditions). By entering the Promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. The Promotion runs from 12.00am on 21 April to 11.59pm 30 April 2017 (Promotional Period).

3. You will get one entry in the Promotion if you are a Fly Buys Member or secondary cardholder (each, a Fly Buys Cardholder) and during the Promotional Period you: 

a. enter the Promotion through the Facebook post or email using the “Get Started” button on the homepage of the application;
b. complete the entry form with your first name, last name, email address, phone number, Fly Buys card number and address for where you would like the prize sent to if you are a winner;
c. accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement by clicking in the box;
d. select the prize you want to win in the relevant Promotion prize draw; and
e. receive a confirmation message that you are entered in the Promotion prize draw to win the prize selected. 

4. You may only enter the Promotion once during the Promotional Period to win 1 prize.  

5. All entries remain the property of Loyalty. Any personal information collected to enter the Promotion, award or deliver winning entries or otherwise in connection with the participation or fulfilment of the Promotion will be dealt with in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Fly Buys Privacy Statement, available at flybuys.co.nz and the Privacy Act 1993. Loyalty will also use the personal information collected to maintain and update its Fly Buys membership details, including the consent given by an entrant to receive news and offers by email on the basis of the Fly Buys Privacy Statement..

7. Loyalty will conduct the 6 prize draws on Wednesday 3 May 2017, and will randomly select the winner of each Prize from all Promotion entries for each prize draw.
8. Winners agree that Loyalty can use their first name and first initial of their surname on Facebook and/or within the Fly Buys app to announce the winner of each prize.  
9. Employees of Loyalty are ineligible to win. 
10. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, and notwithstanding anything in the Fly Buys Membership Terms and Conditions, each Fly Buys cardholder is eligible to win.
11. If you are a winner, Loyalty will make reasonable efforts to contact you using your contact details (phone or email address) submitted in the entry form to confirm the delivery address for the Prize. If for any reason Loyalty is unable to make contact with a winner to confirm the delivery address within 5 working days following the prize draw date (despite its efforts to do so) then that Prize will be deemed to be unclaimed and forfeited and another winner may be drawn for that Prize.
12. Any entry that Loyalty reasonably suspects (in its sole discretion) has involved or may involve fraud, bugs, tampering, hacking or any other unauthorised intervention will be null and void.
13. Without limiting anything in the Fly Buys Membership Terms and Conditions, Loyalty is not responsible for any technical malfunction of any communications network or any late, lost, incorrectly submitted, delayed, ineligible, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected entry whether due to error, transmission interruption or otherwise.
14. Loyalty reserves the right to discontinue, cancel or amend this Promotion and these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. 
15. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, and each participating Fly Buys Cardholder agrees not to hold Facebook liable in any way in association with the Promotion.

  4. The winner will be randomly selected from all Competition entries in a draw held by the Promoter on Tuesday 9 May 2017.

  7. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to notify the winner that they have won (using the winner’s Facebook identity). Fly Buys Facebook “Curious?” Newsfeed Competition - Terms and Conditions 

  1. The Fly Buys Facebook Timeline “Curious” Competition (Competition) is run by Loyalty New Zealand Limited (Promoter) and is governed by these terms and conditions and the Fly Buys Membership Terms and Conditions at www.flybuys.co.nz (together the Terms and Conditions). By entering the Competition, you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  2. The promotional period runs from 12.00pm on Monday 13 March until 11.59pm Sunday 19 March 2017 (Promotional Period). You will get an entry into the Competition draw to win the prize if you are a Fly Buys Member or secondary cardholder (each a Fly Buys Cardholder) and during the Promotional period you submit a correct answer to the question in the Competition Post by adding a comment to the Competition Post.
  3. You may enter the Competition as many times as you like during the Promotional Period.
  4. The winner will be randomly selected from all Competition entries in a draw held by the Promoter on Friday 24 March 2017.

By entering the Competition, you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  2. You get an entry into the Competition for a chance to have your birthday wish granted, if you are a Fly Buys Member or secondary cardholder (each a Fly Buys Cardholder) and during the Competition Period you:
    1. receive an email from us, inviting you to tell us what your birthday wish is.
    2. you submit your birthday wish (in no more 250 words) in the space provided in the Fly Buys ‘Wish Machine’ before your birthday.
  3. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, and notwithstanding anything in the Fly Buys Membership Terms and Conditions, a Fly Buys cardholder is eligible to win.
  4. To be eligible to win your Fly Buys account details must be complete (including a phone number) and up to date. You will not be eligible to win if you are an employee of ours.
  5. The winner will be contacted by us via email, and will be required to supply their Fly Buys card number.

  9. Any entry that we reasonably suspect (in our sole discretion) has involved or may involve fraud, bugs, tampering, hacking or any other unauthorised intervention will be null and void.
  10. SNAP SHARE WIN - Fly Buys "Snap Share Win" Photo Competition T&Cs

  1. The Fly Buys "Snap Share Win" Photo Competition (the Competition) is run by Loyalty New Zealand Limited (Loyalty).
  2. By submitting an entry in the Competition you agree to these terms and conditions.
  3. You can submit a "Snap Share Win" entry any time by uploading a photo of your Fly Buys reward at www.photos.flybuys.co.nz in accordance with the instructions at that website. For your entry to be eligible to win you must be a Fly Buys cardholder and show your Fly Buys reward in your picture.
  4. The monthly promotional period runs from 12.00am on the first day of each month, to 11.59pm on the last day of each month (Promotional Period).
  5. Loyalty's judging panel will decide on the winning entry on the first Thursday of the following month and award the winner 500 bonus points (Prize).
  6. The monthly winner will be contacted by Loyalty via email, and will be required to supply their Fly Buys card number.
  7. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to notify the winner that they have won. If for any reason the Promoter, having made reasonable efforts to make contact with the eligible winner drawn, has failed to make contact with the winner 1 week after announcement email, the Promoter may, at its discretion: a. deem that winner to have forfeited their right to the prize; and b. draw another eligible winner in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  8. The prize will be credited to the relevant winner's Fly Buys Member account.
  9. Employees of Loyalty may submit entries but are not eligible to win the Grand Prize.
  10. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, and notwithstanding anything in the Fly Buys Membership Terms and Conditions, each Fly Buys cardholder is eligible to win.
  11. Fly Buys Membership Terms and Conditions also apply and can be viewed at flybuys.co.nz.
  12. By submitting an entry to the Competition, you consent to Loyalty using your uploaded photo in future, in whole or in part, with or without written copy, for any lawful purpose relating to marketing of Loyalty products and services, in any media whatsoever now known or hereafter developed, without right or prior approval of the use.
