Terms and conditions

1. Terms and conditions Flybuys members will get a minimum of 1 Flybuys for every $15 NZD (incl GST) spent on accommodation booked at www.agoda.com or www.agoda.com/flybuysnz
2. From time to time, at the discretion of agoda and/or Flybuys, Flybuys members may be offered Flybuys for spend on accommodation over and above the standard earn rate of 1 Flybuys for every $15 NZD (incl GST) spent. The number of additional Flybuys that a member may earn in relation to an accommodation booking will be stated at the time the booking is made or in any promotional material that member may receive from Agoda and/or Flybuys about offers for spend on accommodation.
3. Flybuys are not earned cumulatively.
4. Flybuys are only earned on the accommodation component of the stay, not on ancillary charges such as meals, minibar, beverages, phone, laundry, or other extra costs charged to the room account.
5. To earn Flybuys on an accommodation booking, a Flybuys membership number must be included in the booking details for each transaction. To ensure a Flybuys number is included for each transaction, a member must first create an account at www.agoda.com, select Flybuys as their agoda PointsMax partner of choice, enter their Flybuys membership number and sign in before completing each booking.
6. Flybuys will be issued within 6 to 8 weeks after a Flybuys member has checked out of their accommodation.
7. Flybuys can only be earned by one Flybuys member per room and cannot be split between two or more Flybuys members occupying the same room.
