Why has my Flybuys Points balance gone down?

If you haven't spent at the Flybuys Store lately, it may be that your Flybuys Points have expired. Flybuys Points last three years before they expire. To prevent your Flybuys Points expiring, we'll aways use your oldest points first when you purchase an item from the Flybuys Store.

Other possible reasons for their disappearance are if the Flybuys or Flybuys Points were added by mistake, or if they were from a transaction that was later cancelled or refunded.
