If you’ve lost your Flybuys card, you can download the Flybuys mobile app to use a digital card instead. If you want a new plastic card, you can login to your Account on the Flybuys website to request a new one from there.
If you’re looking to order a card for someone else in your household, login to your Account to add them as new members to your Flybuys account. If they are existing members on your account you can also request a replacement card on their behalf.
