Resetting your password is quick and painless. Just follow these steps:

• On the flybuys.co.nz home page, go to the top right-hand corner and click on the 'Sign in' button.
• Enter your Flybuys card number OR the email address you have registered with us and click on 'Next',
• Click the 'Email me a sign in link' at the bottom of the sign in box, and we'll send you a sign in link to go to your account.
• Check your email and click on the link we've sent you, which will sign you in. You can then update your password if you want to.

If you don’t know your Flybuys card number and your email address is out of date, contact us and we'll sort you out.
