Resetting your password is quick and painless. Just follow these steps:

• Go to this page.
• Enter your Flybuys card number OR the email address you have registered with us and click on 'Reset my password',
• Check your email and click on the link we've sent you. You can then update your password if you want to.

If you don't have a password yet but already have a Flybuys card number (it can be a Flybuys earning New World Clubcard number), you will need to register first through here and follow the steps.

If you don’t know your Flybuys card number and your email address is out of date, contact us and we'll sort you out.
