When you complete an online Kantar New Zealand survey, you'll get a minimum of 5 Flybuys (more for longer surveys) for every survey you complete The Flybuys will be in your account within 14 days of the closing date of the survey (note - this is not necessarily the date you completed the survey on).

If it's been more than 14 days since the survey closed, and still no points, drop Kantar New Zealand a line on survey@consumerlink.co.nz and they'll sort you out.
