Why are my app push notifications not working?

If you don’t receive any Flybuys app push notifications, please check the following:
 
Step 1 - Within the Flybuys app, go to “My profile” by clicking on the top right hand side corner of the screen. Then click on “App settings” and check that the “Notification settings” toggle is on. If the toggle is on and you still not receiving anything, go to step 2.
 
Step 2 - Open up your iPhone/Android device settings and find your notifications settings. Scroll down until you find the Flybuys app. Check that notifications are enabled.
