Ahead of the closure of the Flybuys programme, if you have chosen New World Dollars as your Flybuys reward currency, automatic conversion of Flybuys into New World Dollars stopped at 11.59pm on 31st October 2024. New World Dollars last 2 years until they expire. You can no longer convert your remaining Flybuys Points to New World Dollars. However New World Dollars gift cards are still available in the Flybuys Store until 31st December 11.59pm.

New World Dollars can be used for either full or partial payment instore or online at New World. For instore purchases, simply scan your physical Clubcard or your barcode in the New World app at the check out and enter your PIN when prompted. For security reasons New World requires you to load a PIN on your New World Clubcard. Please load your PIN by logging in on your New World Clubcard account on the New World Clubcard website: www.clubcard.co.nz or call the Clubcard Helpline on 0800 80 70 70. For New World Dollar payments at New World Online Shopping, ensure your Clubcard is linked to your New World Online Shopping account before your order and select 'place order'at the checkout.
