I signed in to my account and made a purchase via the online retailer's page, but my Flybuys are not showing up in my transaction history?

Flybuys should be issued the same day you have made your purchase and then appear in your activity history.

In some cases it can take up to 10 business days for your Flybuys to appear. It may be that at the time of purchase, your internet browser cookies were disabled. Cookies allow us to track your purchase and without them the system is unable to issue Flybuys to your account.
