While we never like to see a member leave, just give us a ring on 0800 FLYBUYS or email us and we’ll cancel your account.
If you’re the account owner, you can do away with the whole account or just get rid of a card, but secondary members can only cancel their own membership.
If you want to make it really official, you can put it in writing, and post it to:

And if you really must go, we’d love to hear your reasons why – in fact, we always love comments and feedback from our members.
