Can I still collect Flybuys if I've lost my card?

We recommend you to download the Flybuys mobile app as it includes a digital card. If you don't have the mobile app and if you know your Flybuys number, most stores will be able to add card number to your purchase by typing it in. And if you don’t know your number, or the store has a bit of trouble adding the Flybuys, just hang on to your receipt and we can add the Flybuys to your account later on – contact us with your receipt and we'll make it happen.

However,if you need a replacement card, login to your Account and you can request a card from there.
