Why has my points balance gone down?

If you haven't redeemed a reward lately, it may be that your points have expired. Fly Buys points last three years before they expire. To prevent your points expiring, we'll aways use your oldest points first when you redeem a reward.

Other possible reasons for their disappearance are if the points were added by mistake, or if they were from a transaction that was later cancelled or refunded.
