Can I get a new Fly Buys card?

Fly Buys card lost, stolen, snapped in half, or just plain gone missing? It's easy to get you a new one. Just follow these quick steps:

  • Go to Account on the top right-hand side of the page and select 'My account', then select 'My profile' from the sub-navigation (you'll need to be signed in to do this).
  • Select 'Get a replacement' card under your profile to get a new card.

All done! Your new card will be with you within about ten working days.
