Can I get a new Fly Buys card?

If you’ve lost your Fly Buys card, you can get a replacement, or sign into the Fly Buys mobile app to use a digital card instead.
If you’re looking for card for someone else in your household, then sign into My Account, then select 'add a member' to get them their own number, that will be linked to your account.

To get a replacement card on a computer or tablet:
  • Once you have signed in, go to the top right corner of the page and click on the arrow next to your points balance.
  • Select ‘Replace my card’ from the drop down menu.
To get a replacement card on mobile:

  • Sign in, then expand the Menu in the top left of the screen
  • Select replace my card.
