What should I do if I've forgotten my password?

Resetting your password is quick and painless. Just follow these steps:

• On the flybuys.co.nz home page, go to the top right-hand corner and click on the 'Sign in' button.
• Then, click on forgot password at the bottom of the sign-in box.
• Enter your Fly Buys card number, or if you dont have that handy you can use your email address or user name. Check your emai and click on the link we've sent you to choose your new password. Now you're all set to sign in!
