What if I shop with a Fly Buys partner but forget to swipe my card?

Not a problem. For most of our partners, if you contact us with your receipt – we'll sort you out in no time. And if you happened to be shopping at a New World in the top half of the North Island (or to be precise, Bay of Plenty, Coromandel, Waikato, Auckland or Northland), just head back into the store with your receipt and they'll fix it up themselves.
