I haven't received my points for completing a Colmar Brunton survey

When you complete a Colmar Brunton survey, the points will be in your account within 14 days of the closing date of the survey (note - this is not necessarily the date you completed the survey on). The other thing to remember is that you may not qualify to collect points for every survey you're sent (you will be notified if this is the case). However, even if you don't qualify to collect points, you'll still be in the monthly draw to win 500 Fly Buys points - you can see all the winners on the Colmar Brunton site.

 If it's been more than 14 days since the survey closed, and still no points, drop Colmar Brunton a line on survey@colmarbrunton.co.nz and they'll sort you out.
