Some of my Fly Buys GO transactions aren't showing in my transaction history. What should I do?

The most common reasons for this are:

  • You used an unlinked payment card - double check which of your payment cards are linked to your account.
  • The store you shopped at isn't a Fly Buys GO store - check the list of current stores here. And always remember to keep an eye out for the Fly Buys GO symbol.
  • We haven't received the transaction details yet - please allow up to three working days for us to receive and process your transaction data from the store’s payment service provider.
  • You used a digital wallet like Apple Pay, Samsung Pay or Android Pay - Fly Buys GO does not work with those payment methods.
