Why can't I sign in to flybuys.co.nz?

Having trouble signing in to flybuys.co.nz? There are a few possible culprits:

 First, you might not have set up an online account yet - hit 'I don't have a password yet' at the bottom of the sign-in box, and follow the steps from there (or read more about setting up your account).

It might just be that you entered your username, card number or password incorrectly. Try it again, and if it's still not happening, try these tips:

  • If you're entering a username, try your Fly Buys card number instead
  • If it's your password that seems to be the problem, click the 'I forgot my password' link at the bottom of the sign in box, and we'll re-set it for you.

If you're still having no luck, you could try:

  • Enabling cookies on your web browser (if cookies are blocked or security is set to high, you won't be able to sign in).
  • Updating your web browser, or trying another browser altogether.
