Can I still collect Fly Buys points if I've lost my card?

Sure: we wouldn't let a pesky thing like a lost card get between you and your points! If you know your Fly Buys number, most stores will be able to add your points without swiping your card. And if you don’t know your number, or the store has a bit of trouble adding the points, just hang on to your receipt and we can add the points to your account later on – contact us with your receipt and we'll make it happen.
