* How to request this accommodation reward

All you need to redeem is your card number (please note only the account owner is able to confirm a reservation).

  • Call 0800 368 888 between 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
  • You will be connected to the Central Reservations Office for Heritage Hotels and CityLife Hotels, who can provide more detailed information about the accommodation rewards and (subject to room availability) confirm a booking on the spot, by issuing you with a confirmed booking reference.

Additionally Fly Buys will send a reward letter to the account owner confirming that an appropriate amount of points have been deducted from your account for this reward. You are not required to pass this letter to the reward property at the time of your stay.

Bookings must be made at least 14 days in advance.

When making your accommodation booking with Heritage and CityLife Hotels, you may be asked for your credit card details. If you do not have a credit card then a cash bond may be requested. This is to give the property payment assurance in case of any additional charges that you may incur. Any upgrade or additional child/adult charges are to be paid directly to the reward property.
